1. About The Reset Room

The Reset Room is a private performance coaching service operated by Kurt Micallef, based in Dubai, UAE. By using this website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use this website or book a session.

2. What this service is

The Reset Room provides paid, private, anonymous performance coaching sessions for men. The service is delivered via video or audio call and covers areas including performance, direction, mindset, habits, stress, decision-making, relationships, physical health, and lifestyle.

Coaching is designed to help men think more clearly, operate more effectively, and make better decisions. It is practical, direct, and structured around your specific situation.

3. What this service is not

This service is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any mental or physical health condition. It is not crisis support. It is not a regulated health or wellbeing service.

The Reset Room does not hold a licence to practise as a therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical professional, and makes no claim to do so. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, a medical emergency, or are at risk of harm to yourself or others, please contact local emergency services or a licensed mental health professional immediately.

Nothing discussed during a session constitutes professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to book and attend a session. By booking, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Sessions are intended for men who are seeking coaching support for personal performance, direction, or development. They are not suitable for individuals currently in acute mental health crisis, or who require licensed psychological or psychiatric treatment.

5. Booking and payment

All sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email containing your private call link and session details.

Bookings are processed through Cal.com (European region). Payments are processed through PayPal. By completing a booking, you also agree to the terms of those services. We are not responsible for any errors, outages, or data incidents on the part of Cal.com or PayPal.

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirham (AED). Approximate USD equivalents shown on the website are indicative only and may vary based on exchange rates.

6. Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-shows

You may cancel or reschedule your session using the link provided in your booking confirmation email. The following policy applies:

In exceptional circumstances, requests outside this policy may be considered at the sole discretion of The Reset Room.

7. Session conduct

Sessions are conducted via video or audio call. The platform used (Google Meet, Zoom, or similar) will be confirmed in your booking confirmation email. Camera use is optional — audio-only participation is completely acceptable.

Sessions are not recorded by The Reset Room unless both parties have explicitly agreed to this in writing before the session begins. You must not record the session yourself without our prior written consent.

We expect all clients to engage respectfully. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward the coach during or outside of a session will not be tolerated. The Reset Room reserves the right to end any session immediately and without refund in the event of misconduct.

8. Anonymity

You may use a first name, nickname, or alias when booking. A working email address is required to receive your booking confirmation and call link. We do not require you to provide your real name, location, employer, or any identifying information beyond what you choose to share voluntarily during the session.

Anonymity extends to the session itself. The coach will not pressure you to reveal personal identifying information. What you choose to disclose is entirely up to you.

9. Confidentiality

The Reset Room treats everything discussed during a session as confidential. We do not share session content with third parties, with the following exceptions:

• If we are required to do so by law or court order.
• If, in the professional judgement of the coach, there is a serious and immediate risk of harm to you or to another person.

Testimonials or anonymised case examples are only shared with explicit, written permission from the client.

10. Outcomes and liability

Coaching outcomes are not guaranteed. Every session and every individual is different. The Reset Room does not make any specific promises about the results you will achieve from a session or series of sessions.

You remain fully responsible for your own decisions and actions, both during and after any coaching session. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Reset Room and its coaches accept no liability for any decisions made, actions taken, or consequences arising from participation in a coaching session.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and frameworks shared during sessions — is the intellectual property of The Reset Room unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish this content without our prior written permission.

12. Third-party services

This website and its services use third-party platforms including Cal.com, PayPal, and video call providers such as Google Meet or Zoom. Use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or data practices of any third-party service.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or from use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or booking of sessions after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
