Privacy & anonymity
Yes. You can use a first name, nickname, or alias when booking.
No. You can book using an alias, but you will need to provide a working email address so you can receive your booking confirmation and call link.
No. Camera is optional.
No calls are recorded unless agreed in writing.
Booking & payment
You will select a session, choose a time, pay securely, and receive a confirmation email with the call details.
Yes. Bookings are confirmed only after payment.
Yes, subject to the rescheduling policy shown in your booking confirmation.
Yes, subject to the cancellation and refund policy.
Yes. Sessions are conducted online and are available globally. All you need is a stable internet connection and a working email address to receive your call link.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled call for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the call are not eligible for a refund, but may be rescheduled once at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Yes. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before the call at no charge. Use the link in your booking confirmation to reschedule directly.
No-shows are not eligible for a refund or reschedule. If something urgent comes up, contact us as soon as possible before the call time.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
What this is — and isn't
No. The Reset Room provides coaching, lifestyle support, emotional support, and performance guidance. It is not therapy, counselling, psychiatric care, diagnosis, or medical treatment.
You can talk about work pressure, relationship frustration, discipline, confidence, health habits, identity, direction, anger, stress, or anything you feel you need to get off your chest.
This service is not crisis support. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis support provider.
